WHAT IS AN eBOOK?

I am relatively new to the internet and I’m not sure what the difference is between a normal book and an eBook. Could you tell me please?
ANSWER:
Yes of course. When we first began using the internet, we had never heard of ‘eBooks’ either, but very soon it became clear that they are incredible ways of ordinary internet users to obtain essential information from experts.
An ‘eBook’ is an electronic book (the ‘e’ stands for electronic).
Rather than buying a paper book from a bookstore, an eBook is something you download from the internet and you can then print it out at home on paper, take a hole punch or binder and have your own file with an eBook inside sitting on your shelf!
In other words, you purchase the eBook electronically, you receive it straight away, you print it out and you can start reading straight away!
